A middle school student who was once the strongest duelist, Katta Kirifuda has lost his enthusiasm for dueling over the past two years and now dreams of curry bread daily. After meeting a mysterious baseball player named Hokaben and reconnecting with his childhood friend Lulu Takigawa, Katta regains his passion for dueling.
