Fuuka

Yuu Haruna is a quiet student who recently transferred to a new school and spends much of his time on his smartphone checking Twitter. He meets Fuuka Akitsuki, a carefree girl who does not own a cell phone and draws natural attention from others. Yuu is reconnecting with Koyuki Hinashi, his childhood friend who has become a well-known singer, through social media. He invites Fuuka to one of Koyuki’s concerts, where all three meet in person for the first time. The narrative explores the contrast between a relationship formed through digital communication and one that begins in person.
