Gu-Gu Ganmo

A girl named Tsukune, upset with her brother Hanpeita, lets his pet bird fly away. Later, she finds an alien egg and gives it to him as an apology. The egg hatches into a pink, chicken-like alien named Ganmo who can speak and moves in with the family. Despite his efforts to help around the house, he constantly causes trouble. A girl named Ayumi Ichigaya, who has a talkative myna bird named Déjà Vu, moves in nearby. The bird mocks Ganmo for his odd appearance. Hanpeita and Ganmo's daily life becomes chaotic as Ganmo's attempts to improve his image only lead to more mishaps.
