During the building of the Kurobe Dam, an ancient object was uncovered, leading to the creation of the United Nations Kurobe Research Institute. Scholars from various countries came together to study it, and their children were enrolled at Mt. Tate International Senior High School, including the daughter of the institute's leader, Yukina Shirahane. In the summer of 2016, a solitary samurai is said to have awakened once more.
