Mirai Nikki

A psychological thriller based on a manga by Sakae Esuno follows Yuki, a socially isolated individual who communicates with an imaginary entity he calls Deus Ex Machina. He discovers that Deus is real when he is forced into a deadly competition with eleven others. Each participant receives a unique diary capable of predicting the future, with specific strengths and weaknesses. Over the course of 90 days, the group must survive until only one remains. The last survivor is granted the title of the new God of Time and Space.
