Otome Youkai Zakuro

During a period of Westernization when humans and spirits share the same world, Japan begins modernizing. The Ministry of Spirit Affairs is formed to address strange occurrences involving spirits. The ministry includes members from both human and spirit backgrounds. Zakuro, Susukihotaru, Bonbori, and Hozuki are half-spirits paired with second lieutenants Kei, Riken, and Ganryu. These half-spirit women and male officers are assigned to the Spirit Affairs division to work together and complete their assigned duties.
