Jessie, James and Meowth find out that their contracts have expired, so they are no longer part of Team Rocket. An old woman who's recruiting for Team Rocket lends them her Delibird to pass the recruitment test...attacking Ash and his friends! They lose the battle, but are reinstated into Team Rocket, and the Delibird is assigned to follow the three so they can pay off their bills little by little.
