A man spends Christmas working a dead-end job, expecting another lonely holiday. After encountering a Santa Claus in black clothing, he is taken in by a shadowy Christmas operation. This Santa handles the holiday for children labeled as bad. The man, listed as naughty, is sent to work for this darker Santa. The job offers good pay and a friendly coworker, but it remains uncertain whether this will become the ideal employment he desires or turn into a Christmas nightmare.
