Three years ago, a portal between Earth and another realm appeared above New York, leading to the city's destruction and reconstruction. The rebuilt city, now called Jerusalem's Lot, is an isolated island where people and beings from other dimensions coexist. The city exists in a space with strange physical properties, including waterfalls that defy normal physics. It has become a place where the supernatural and the ordinary mix, attracting those who seek to profit from otherworldly resources. A threat now looms as someone attempts to disrupt the regulated movement of humans and objects in and out of the city, risking the spread of its dangers beyond its borders. A group of elite agents known as Libra works to stop this from happening.
