Kono Sekai no Katasumi ni

A young woman from the countryside moves to Kure in Hiroshima Prefecture during the 1940s to live with her husband and his family. As her surroundings are destroyed, she faces the difficulties of adapting to a new life amid a world in chaos. Despite the devastation of war, she refuses to lose hope and strives to find personal happiness.
