After failing his Tokyo University entrance exams for the second time, Keitaro Urashima finds himself jobless and without a home, evicted by his parents. He moves in with his grandmother at Hinata Lodge, where he is hired as the caretaker. Unbeknownst to him, the lodge is a dormitory exclusively for women, making him the only male resident. While the situation might seem ideal, the challenges of living among five female tenants quickly become apparent, and Keitaro must navigate the difficulties of his new living arrangement carefully to avoid disaster.
