Hayato and others go to the newly completed Shinkansen Ultra Evolution Institute Moji Branch. The means of transportation was originally planned to be an airplane, but with the request of Hayato, the group take the Shinkansen to Kyushu instead. When Hayato's team arrive in Kyushu, they are greeted by Rei Ozora, the new driver of Shinkalion 800 Tsubame.
