Graduate of Kyushu University, Faculty of Design. Freelance anime director.

Won numerous awards at animation competitions, both in Japan and abroad, during his university days. While still a student, he worked on character design and animation for NHK and commercial broadcasting programs. He later became an independent creator after earning a master's degree in strategic design.
