Kimiko injures her hand during class and must manage the injury while Tōru brings Tansan to school to meet Yutaka and Miho. The group later decides to visit a café for pancakes, where Miho is employed. Their outing becomes complicated when Yutaka unexpectedly arrives at the location, creating an awkward situation for the girls as they attempt to enjoy their meal amidst the sudden interruption.
