Akito joins the group, allowing them to officially establish their own Storm Rider team. The members enthusiastically select a name, emblem, goal, and team type. After finalizing and registering these details, they discover that another Storm Rider team, the Sabel Tigers, has claimed the school as their territory. Ikki decides to challenge the Sabel Tigers to a battle to assert their presence.
