Sorges receives orders to defeat Chacha again, though his motives remain unclear. As Chacha and her classmates prepare to graduate, Nezumi Kid announces plans to steal the Graduation Stamp, preventing their graduation. It is revealed that Nezumi Kid previously attended the school alongside Seravy and Dorothy, leaving after losing a disguise contest to Seravy. Chacha, her friends, Mr. Rascal, and the principal guard the stamp. Seravy arrives disguised as a detective with an assistant, followed by a duplicate. The students identify the fake Nezumi Kid by his lack of an assistant, but the lights go out. Upon restoration, two Mr. Rascals appear, and Seravy vanishes. Nezumi Kid tricks the students and escapes with the stamp. Orin becomes trapped in a tightening bag. Seravy stops Nezumi Kid, instructing Chacha, Shiine, and Riiya to handle him. Nezumi Kid tosses the stamp to Sorges in a helicopter, but Shiine shoots it down. Nezumi Kid deploys a duplicating robot that multiplies when attacked. Chacha summons a giant cat statue to smash them, but they merge into a giant rat robot. Chacha transforms into the Magical Princess, briefly interrupted by Marin, and defeats the robot. Sorges retrieves the stamp, but his damaged helicopter crashes into the mountains.
