Left at home, Chacha, Riiya, and Shiine explore Seravy’s basement magic collection and accidentally time slip to a younger Dorothy’s mansion. They witness little Dorothy attempting to flee to become the World's Greatest Magician's apprentice. The group encounters Seravy, who is infatuated with Dorothy but lacks magical abilities, preventing him from returning them to their own time. Together, they pursue Dorothy to protect her from Piikapon, the infamous then-World's Greatest Magician. Piikapon intends to hold Dorothy for ransom and keeps the children away from his mountain residence. The trio must navigate this dangerous situation to save Dorothy while stranded in the past without the means to return home immediately.
