Ep. 4: Stitch and Ai seek a sage's aid while Jumba creates a qilin to help them escape alien capture.

Jumba and Pleakley arrive on Earth to retrieve Stitch, who flees with Ai to a shrine inhabited by a strange sage. The sage assists their escape by distracting Jumba with ancient scrolls detailing monsters, which sparks the scientist's curiosity and leads him to create a qilin. When Jaboodie drones arrive to capture Stitch, the newly created qilin destroys them, allowing Stitch to return home. Jumba subsequently captures Stitch, causing Ai to have a breakdown. Jiejie passionately argues for Ai to keep Stitch, prompting Jumba and Pleakley to release him. They explain the events to the Grand Councilwoman via video chat, who permits Stitch to live with Ai provided they are responsible for safeguarding him.
