Aired on June 13, 2015

Koro-sensei employs varied nicknames to mislead Gastro, allowing Chiba and Hayami to overcome previous failures. As the group ascends, Koro-sensei realizes the mastermind is not an assassin, and Nagisa discovers Terasaka has concealed his own virus infection. Upon reaching the top floor, they identify Takaoka as the culprit, who intends to use Kayano to kill Koro-sensei upon his emergence from crystallization. Seeking revenge for past humiliation, Takaoka challenges Nagisa to a rematch. Although Nagisa complies with demands to kneel and admit cowardice, Takaoka detonates the antidote. Believing everyone will perish, Nagisa grabs a knife to kill him.
