Before the trip, biologist Hinano Kurahashi assists Nagisa and others in hunting bugs, while Taiga Okajima sets a trap for Koro-sensei using porn magazines. Lovro arrives to train the class for their island assassination, focusing on top marksmen Ryuunosuke Chiba and Rinka Hayami. He shares stories of the infamous assassin known as "The Reaper" and teaches Nagisa a specific technique. Upon arriving at the island resort, the students make final preparations. After dinner, where Koro-sensei accidentally uses his emergency shedding technique, the class initiates their assassination attempt aboard an on-sea chapel.
