Transferring to Class 3-E after suspension, Karma Akabane employs clever pranks to damage Koro-sensei. As the teacher begins avoiding these attempts and retaliating with his own tricks, Karma escalates his efforts. He leaps from a cliff with a gun, intending to force Koro-sensei into a dilemma between risking his life to save him or destroying his professional pride. During the fall, Karma recalls his deep-seated hatred for educators, stemming from a trusted teacher who prioritized the school's reputation over him during a fight to protect a Class E student. Ultimately, Koro-sensei uses his tentacles to rescue Karma, leading the student to finally accept him as a legitimate teacher.
