Hotaru Tachibana, a headstrong student council president, encounters a strange mysterious man waiting by her apartment door on her way home. After discovering that her best friend was conned by a Host, Hotaru visits the Host club to confront the individual responsible. The person in question then challenges her to a Gun game titled "The Survival Game," initiating a deadly confrontation that forces Hotaru to engage in a high-stakes battle for her life.
