Akari and Alice join Aika for group study in her room instead of gondola practice on a rainy day. Akira greets them while two colleagues watch, leading Aika to believe her skills are being recognized. After the trainees daydream about becoming Primas, Akira assigns paperwork. Aika overhears the colleagues badmouthing Akira as stuck-up due to her status as one of the Three Great Water Fairies. Upset, she shares this with Akari and Alice. Akira explains that backbiting is inevitable in the competitive undine world and advises accepting both good and bad experiences without taking them for granted. She opens the shutters to reveal the rain has stopped. The trainees resolve to grow stronger to achieve their goals as Primas.
