Asura Cryin'

A high school student named Tomoharu is followed by the ghost of his best friend, Misao. After moving into his brother's former home, he discovers a locked briefcase with no instructions. Initially intending to store it, he and Misao are forced to flee as various groups pursue them for the briefcase. Tomoharu seeks to uncover its purpose, its link to Misao, and its potential to alter the world.
