Ep. 1: RIS Pursues Killer B While Keith Flick Uncovers a Greater Theft Amidst a Train Battle

The Royal Investigation Service hunts Killer B for murdering suspected criminals. A survivor of the latest attack is recruited by Quinn, a member of a mysterious organization, to steal a prototype weapon and cause chaos, thereby luring out Koku. Savant detective Keith Flick sees through this diversion to identify an even greater theft. Meanwhile, Koku and Quinn engage in a battle using superhuman powers atop a runaway train. The resulting wreck is subsequently utilized to leave the Killer B signature, complicating the investigation.
