Ep. 16: Dan returns to Bakugan Interspace to aid the Brawlers against Chaos Bakugan with Drago and Mechtogan Zenthon.

Dan rejoins the Battle Brawlers in Bakugan Interspace to fight Chaos Bakugan alongside Drago. Drago battles Horridian, Bolcanon, Krakenoid, Krowl, Spyron, and Vertexx, impressing Spectra Phantom and Infinity Helios while frightening Rafe and Paige. Dan commands Drago to summon Mechtogan Zenthon, but a vision of Mag Mel causes a sync loss, making Zenthon attack the Brawlers and delete Area B. Marucho saves the group, leading Spectra to leave temporarily and Shun to question Dan’s authority. Dan reveals his training in New Vestroia and his connection to Mag Mel and Razenoid. Meanwhile, Zenthon, Mag Mel, and Razenoid break free on Gundalia, spawning Chaos Bakugan. Dan warns the team about the Gundalian threat, which Paige initially dismisses until she receives a message from a Gundalian, prompting the group to prepare for a mission to Gundalia despite Dan’s insistence on joining.
