The Battle Brawlers enter Gundalia through a Dimension Portal, only to be confronted by guards until Ren reveals their identity as his friends. They learn Prime Minister Nurzak and Queen Fabia Sheen now lead the nation, which is under threat from Mag Mel and his Bakugan Razenoid. Ren identifies the enemy's path toward the Royal Palace, but Dan insists on intervening due to his psychic link with Mag Mel. Despite Marucho’s objections, the group ambushes the invaders in Dalia's Valley. Mag Mel anticipates the attack, and Dan loses a battle against Mag Mel and Razenoid. Neathian forces intervene, allowing the group to escape. Dan’s connection to the enemy fuels suspicion among the Gundalian soldiers, leaving Marucho deeply concerned about the growing tension and Dan’s compromised position.
