Ep. 45: The Brawlers travel back in time to stop Mechtavius Destroyer from destroying Bakugan City and New Vestroia.

Worton and Betadron assist the Brawlers in traveling back in time to prevent Mechtavius Destroyer from destroying Bakugan City, New Vestroia, and other locations, thereby saving Runo, Julie, Mira, Kato, and their former guardian Bakugan. While Mira and Julie join the fight, Runo remains behind to deliver Battle Suits. The Brawlers attempt to counter Mechtavius Destroyer using Bakugan Combinations but suffer easy defeat. Shun and Marucho summon Flytris and Thorak, while Dan summons Dragonoid Destroyer, who fights at only 90% energy because not everyone has arrived. Mechtavius Destroyer destroys Volcano Island, the former hideout of the disbanded Nonets. Gunz considers giving Reptak to Dan due to his lack of knowledge regarding Bakugan Combinations, Battle Suits, Mechtogan, and Mechtogan Destroyers, but Reptak insists they are partners until the end. Mechtavius Destroyer fires a powerful blast at Gunz and Reptak, prompting Reptak to spawn the Mechtogan Chromopod, after which Dragonoid Destroyer announces that everyone is finally present.
