Ep. 14: Nizuma's Deal with the Chief and the Staff's Challenge to Save CROW
Nizuma dedicates himself to CROW, securing first place in the rankings for five consecutive weeks. Yujiro worries this drive stems from a secret agreement with the Chief to end the series. Ashirogi Muto interpret this as motivation to improve PCP. After Nizuma visits the Chief at Yueisha, Yujiro alerts Fukuda, who assembles Takagi, Mashiro, Aoki, Hiramaru, Takahama, and Akina to confront him. Nizuma reveals his deal: ending a manga if it holds first place for ten consecutive weeks. He plans to conclude CROW at its peak, rejecting Yueisha's profit-driven continuation policy. The staff refuses to accept this, vowing to surpass CROW before its end. Nizuma accepts their challenge, proposing that if they beat CROW in the rankings before his final manuscript, he will not cancel the series.
