Aired on December 1, 2012

Nanamine criticizes Mashiro and Takagi for lacking confidence while refining his storyboard with online help, ignoring editor Kosugi. A flashback reveals his childhood loneliness and belief that money solves everything, inspired by Ashirogi Muto’s Money & Intelligence. As his rating rises, Mashiro and Takagi discuss their PCP successor while the editorial team marvels at his work, despite skepticism from Hattori and Kosugi. Kosugi visits Nanamine’s home to discover he pays artists to draw his manga, merging their ideas. Nanamine virtually blackmails Kosugi into silence. The serialization committee then proceeds to make their final selections regarding the new series.
