Ryoma, Takasugi, and Katsura start performing together as a musical group. Their efforts fail to gain popularity, and they face increasing difficulties finding venues to play rock music. This is because the city strictly prohibits all musical genres except for Heaven's Song. With no suitable locations remaining for their performances, the trio becomes stuck and decides to attend a Shinsengumi concert to seek inspiration and ideas for their situation.
