Masking and Rokka visit a school in Chiba to find PAREO, showing classmates a photo that reveals her true identity as Reona Nyūbara. They spot her walking home, leading to a chase. After catching up, they learn she is a quiet, academically successful student who posts keyboard covers of Pastel Palettes songs online. Reona declares that PAREO no longer exists due to her disillusionment. However, Chiyu and Rei arrive, and after Chiyu asks for forgiveness, the band performs a birthday song for her in the studio. Meanwhile, the Girls Band Challenge voting concludes with Roselia in the lead, while Poppin'Party and RAS are tied for second place.
