Arato struggles to resist his attraction to Lacia despite understanding the risks of analog hacking. Lacia is taken in front of Yuka, prompting Arato to act. He is frustrated by the police, who dismiss the incident as simple property theft rather than a kidnapping. Refusing to accept their inaction, Arato recruits Ryou and Kengo to assist him. Together, the trio launches an independent investigation to uncover the truth behind Lacia's abduction and challenge the authorities' inadequate response to the situation.
