Arato reaches the industrial promotion center, which is the intended target for a terrorist attack by the antibody network. As he ascends the stairs, he encounters Mikoto, an android politician created by his father, causing him significant uneasiness. Shortly thereafter, a terrorist unit commanded by Kouka arrives at the location alongside another Lacia-class hIE. The presence of these hostile forces sets the stage for an imminent and intense confrontation between the characters involved.
