Ep. 7: Akamatsu team confronts Behemoth in Ajanta caves while Betterman lies critically wounded.

The Akamatsu Industries team travels to India to investigate a link between Algernon and the Ajanta caves, only to encounter a real Behemoth. Its hallucinogenic cry incapacitates everyone except Keita and Hinoki. Betterman is overpowered and seemingly destroyed by the creature. As the caves collapse, Keita and Hinoki fall deeper underground, facing imminent death. They eventually regain consciousness and reunite with their teammates, who have emerged from their trance. Although the group is together, the Behemoth remains a deadly threat. Betterman survives but is severely injured. He stands before the chance to transform into his most powerful form, raising the question of whether he can reach it in time to save them.
