Rei experiences a vision of the world being destroyed by an unknown threat. Following this event, she is attacked by a youma that Sailor Moon cannot defeat. The Sailor Senshi launch attacks against these new enemies, but their efforts fail. Subsequently, two unknown figures, Neptune and Uranus, emerge to intervene. They successfully defeat the youma, resolving the immediate crisis. This encounter introduces new warriors to the group, altering the dynamic as the Senshi face challenges they cannot overcome alone.
