A young girl falls victim to an attack by a Daimon. During this crisis, Sailor Moon finds herself unable to transform. Consequently, the other Senshi are forced to depend on the assistance of mysterious new warriors to handle the situation. This event marks the birth of the Rod of Love and leads to a new transformation for Usagi, altering the dynamics of the battle against the enemy forces threatening the innocent civilian.
