At Urahara's shop, Kisuke discusses the Bounts with Ichigo and his friends. He orders the modified souls, Ririn, Noba, and Kuroudo, to accompany the group. They subsequently locate a pair of Bounts, Yoshino Souma and Ryou Udagawa. As Udagawa retreats, Ichigo begins to battle Yoshino. She summons her "doll" Goethe, a Familiar unique to each of the Bounts. This event is part of the Bount arc, dated 6/28. The encounter highlights the unique abilities of the Bounts and the assistance provided by Kisuke's modified allies during this confrontation.
