Ep. 1: Koume and Yaegashi end their two-year relationship as Aragami attacks TAC building and Momiji faces rejection from Kusanagi

Koume and Yaegashi dated for two years but separated when Yaegashi wanted to start a family. Aragami appear in Japan again, with one attacking the TAC building while Kunikida is inside. Momiji works with Matsudaira in the Research Department, while Kusanagi has been distant. After arriving at his apartment, they fall into a compromising position, but he backs out and Momiji runs off. Kusanagi meets Valencia, who says she understands him. An Aragami attacks Momiji and Sakura in a pool. Koume arrives in a helicopter, then drives it into the main Aragami's mitama. Valencia joins the group in a TAC uniform and heads to where the Aragami originated in San Francisco.
