U.A. students prepare for an October school festival. Izuku and Mirio visit Eri, who wants to learn more about her rescuers. She feels guilty for endangering them and does not know about Nighteye's death. Mirio asks her to smile, but she cannot. Izuku thinks she still needs saving from Overhaul's influence. He asks Aizawa to let her attend the festival so she can smile again. Aizawa agrees and discusses it with Principal Nezu. Meanwhile, Gentle Criminal and his subordinate La Brava search for a scheme to make him famous.
