The first Japanese Hero Billboard Chart broadcast since All Might's retirement airs from Kamino Ward, revealing Endeavor as the new Number One Hero. Concurrently, Dabi of the League of Villains dispatches an intelligent High-End Nomu named Hood to hunt Endeavor. This mission targets both the top hero and Hawks, the newly appointed Number Two hero, who had been secretly meeting with Dabi.
