Raccoon announces his firm decision to remove his tail, having grown tired of it and believing he will appear slimmer and more stylish without it. To accomplish this, he searches for an elderly man reputed to cut anything cleanly with a single slice. Bonobono and Chipmunk choose to accompany him on this journey. The group sets out together to find the skilled cutter, with Raccoon determined to proceed with his plan to alter his appearance by getting rid of his tail.
