Victor's guards capture the berserk Anato, but he transfers his condition to Mitsuki via touch. Mitsuki's health rapidly declines during the return journey, leading the team to follow Mugino's advice and seek help from the eccentric medical ninja Yubina. During an operation, surgeons extract a piece of wood from Mitsuki's body, confirming that Hashirama Cells are responsible for his illness. Yubina informs the group that Mitsuki is merely the latest victim in a long series of similar cases. Consequently, Team 7 decides to travel to the Land of Silence's black market, which is rumored to be the source of these cells. This event occurs during the Kara Actuation Arc, specifically episode 3 of 19.
