Mugino, a jonin expert in post-war conflict resolution, assists Team 7 in the Land of Valleys. Their mission involves helping Mia locate her husband, Anato, a medical researcher who vanished during a resource-gathering expedition. Victor, the head of Anato's former employer, provides crucial information and guides the team. After some time, they successfully track Anato down. However, they discover that he has already died due to the effects of an experiment conducted by the company he worked for. This event marks the second part of the Kara Actuation Arc.
