Ep. 166: Team 7 faces Deepa while Victor separates the jonin to secure the Hashirama Cells.

Boruto’s team races to reach Asaka, the eldest brother of the Land of Haze Ninja, before Deepa arrives. Deepa attacks ruthlessly, killing the Haze shinobi, and despite their efforts, the team cannot harm him. Victor appears and demands the Hashirama Cell. When diplomacy fails, he drops his disguise and uses powerful ninjutsu to separate Mugino and Konohamaru from the younger members. The two jonin fight bravely but are outmatched due to their weakened state. Meanwhile, Team 7 attacks Deepa with full force, but their strongest techniques fail to leave a scratch. After Sarada and Boruto are grievously wounded, Mitsuki enters Sage Mode. This allows him to knock Deepa back, providing enough time for him to rescue the others and flee the scene.
