Ep. 216: Isshiki targets Boruto while Naruto and Sasuke struggle against his overwhelming power.

Isshiki decides to eliminate Naruto and Sasuke to stop their interference, recognizing Boruto’s nearly decompressed Karma as valuable. The duo struggles against Isshiki’s immense strength, which proves difficult to match. Kawaki awakens after Shikamaru reports the crisis but finds his Karma gone. Amado explains that Boruto is essential because Isshiki requires a living Otsutsuki for the Ten-Tails to create a Chakra Fruit, noting this was likely Kaguya’s original purpose. Isshiki summons giant cubes from his pocket dimension to crush Naruto and severely injures Sasuke. He spares Sasuke only because Boruto intervenes, threatening suicide to assert his worth. Isshiki disables Boruto by shrinking his kunai and breaking his arm. Kurama questions Naruto’s willingness to sacrifice himself for Konoha and reveals a final weapon, appearing before Isshiki in a new form.
