Following Boruto's perfect written exam score, Kakashi decides to personally evaluate him. The subsequent practical tests are administered by Shino, Anko, and Kakashi. Shikadai, Inojin, and Cho-Cho are tested by Anko. Sarada and Sumire face Konohamaru. Mitsuki is tested by Shino, while Boruto is tested by Kakashi. Kakashi notes that Boruto has the potential to become a Chunin but currently lacks a specific quality required for graduation. After Mitsuki defeats Shino, he proceeds to assist Boruto in his own test. This segment is part of the Graduation Exams Arc, specifically the third of four parts.
