Boruto, Sarada, and Mitsuki are assigned to Team 3 under Konohamaru, prompting both students to request a transfer. Konohamaru informs them that appealing to the Hokage is the only option. While Naruto trains Jonin against his powers, Sarada accidentally reveals her Sharingan to Boruto during their rush. They locate Naruto but are blocked by Mirai, a Chunin guarding the bridge. A trap snaps the ropes, forcing Mitsuki to hold the structure and exit the battle. Boruto and Sarada struggle against Mirai until Konohamaru advises teamwork. They defeat her and meet Naruto, requesting their squad be renamed Team 7 to honor their parents' legacy. Meanwhile, Mirai remains tied up on the bridge without assistance.
