Forced to stop for water, the travelers arrive at a lake town inhabited by dogs. They find the residents suffering from a severe shortage caused by the local king’s unusual order prohibiting water usage. Caught in the conflict between the guards and the people, Frog and Tutty are imprisoned alongside the locals. Together, they plan and execute an escape. During the breakout, they encounter a prisoner who looks exactly like the king. Seizing the opportunity, they swap places with him to facilitate their departure and navigate the chaotic situation.
