Oct 6, 1986Princess Apricot is abducted by Hoodman aboard his flying vessel, the Scorpion. She dispatches her loyal bird, Speak, to send a distress signal, but a lightning strike damages the messenger. The following morning, Otter discovers the injured bird in the Bosco forest and delivers it to his friend Tutty. Tutty repairs Speak, allowing the crew to decode the princess's plea. Since Tutty's residence is actually a concealed flying ship, the group transforms it and launches a rescue mission, with Speak navigating the route. The two vessels encounter each other in open territory, enabling the princess to leap from the Scorpion. Frog catches her using a delta plane. After hearing her account, the crew agrees to escort her back to her home, the Fountain land.

The Dragon attacks their ship, suspecting them of kidnapping her child, causing damage until they escape via turbo speed. They crash near the village and are welcomed back. That night, Hoodman demands the princess in exchange for the baby, making Apricot feel guilty. The next day, the Dragon destroys the village while searching for her offspring. Apricot quietly speaks with the Dragon, causing her to leave. Meanwhile, Tutty upgrades Speak to communicate with others. Speak returns to the Bosco forest and brings wine to his friends, establishing a connection between the forest inhabitants and the crew.
4EP 4Apricot Rescues the Baby Dragon from Hoodman in the Northern Swamp

Apricot discovers that kissing the dragon makes it breathe fire, allowing her to escape her bonds. She retrieves a jet pack previously stolen by Jack and Franz, then jumps from the Scorpion to the Bosco ship with the dragon. Dragon subsequently burns the Scorpion to the ground. The group bids farewell to the village residents and dragons, with Apricot promising a future reunion.
5EP 5Hoodman Demands Princess While Frog and Apricot Seek Shiny Mushrooms
Nov 3, 1986Hoodman sets the Bosco ship ablaze to demand the princess, causing Frog and Tutty to argue over using its planks for firewood. The ship lands on the river, injuring Tutty, who then develops a strange fever. Messenger delivers a reminder from their master to Hoodman, who orders Jack and Franz to fetch cold river water. Villagers reveal the river is poisonous, explaining why both Tutty and Hoodman are ill. They state that only shiny mushrooms from the dangerous Castle of Evil can provide a cure. Jack and Franz learn this and depart in an underground vehicle, while Apricot and Frog build a special vehicle to race them to the caves for the remedy.

Nov 10, 1986Apricot and Frog face numerous lethal challenges within the Castle depths as Hoodman and his aides pursue them. After overcoming many obstacles, the two groups separate when Hoodman’s vehicle sinks into poisonous water, allowing Apricot and Frog to reach the mushrooms first. During this process, Frog accidentally activates a mechanism that halts the flow of black water, which had originally poisoned the river. Despite Frog’s reluctance, Apricot insists on sharing the mushrooms with Hoodman, Jack, and Franz, who were poisoned after their vehicle fell into the water. Consequently, they feed the shiny mushrooms to their adversaries.
